Rahim Bakhsh belongs to District Barkhan. He was born on December 13, 1979. Khetran is pursuing M.Phil in Anthropology from Quaid-e-Azam University Islamabad. He has worked with different NGOs like Pakistan Institute for Environment-Development Action Research (PIEDAR) and the Asia Foundation, after completing his Masters. Being an Anthropologist, he has a great respect for all the cultures of the region and he strongly believes in cultural relativism. He has been a dynamic and brilliant student through out his academic career. He is a committed social worker and works for the marginalized communities of the country. Education, women rights, youth and poverty are the areas of great interest for Khetran. |
