Sofia Saeed born in May 18, 1989 belongs to Karachi. She did her Matriculation from Federal Government Public School, Malir Cantt in 2005 and her intermediate in 2007 from Karachi Intermediate board. Currently she is enrolled in Bachelors in Business Administration Program at University of Karachi and plans to do her Masters in Media Management in Sports Journalism from a foreign university. She has attended Young Leaders' Conference (YLC) 2008, a 6-days residential conference comprising of various workshops on leadership and politics. She is a member of organizing committee of ‘Young Leaders Achievement Program’ (Y-LAP) 2008, a youth based program comprises of 10 workshops on the topics of leadership, politics, social development, charity etc. She has worked voluntarily for the Edhi center. Presently, she is actively involved to work for Internally Displaced People (IDPs), specifically addressing the issues and problems faced by women in camps. |
